Is delivery free, and how long does it take?
Yes. Tracked delivery is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend. We process your order within 1 to 2 working days, and it usually arrives 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, so about 4 to 9 working days in total. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way. Changed your mind? You can return it within 60 days of delivery, and return shipping is free.
How does buy more, save more work?
Buy 2 dresses and save 10%, buy 3 and save 15%, buy 4 and save 20%, buy 5 or more and save 25%. Mix and match any styles. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.
How do I find my size?
Our dresses follow UK sizing. Open the size guide on any product page for bust, waist and hip measurements. If you're between two sizes, take the larger one.
Can I return my dress?
Yes. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how many days you have, what condition the dress needs to be in and how to start a return. In short: 60 days from delivery, free return shipping and no restocking fee.
